“It is therefore prayed that your Lordships’ would be pleased and kind enough to admit this writ petition and after hearing the counsels for both the sides issue Writ/Writs in the nature of mandamus to the Opposite Parties Nos.2 & 3 either to handover the homestead land (i.e. Gharabari) recorded in the name of Ramachandra Mohapatra in Markendeswar Sahi, Puri or to allot at least Ac0.40 decimals homestead land (i.e. Gharabari) on lease in Bagala Dharmasala area, Puri admissible to a land less person like the innocent petitioner in the interest of justice.
And pass any other order/orders as deemed fit and proper for which act of your kindness the innocent petitioner as in justice bound shall every pray”.
