and submits, the document presented for registration on 10th January, 2019 had I.D. number generated but the Registering Authority has thereafter done nothing.
2. Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate informs Court that counter has been filed.
3. The Registering Authority will forthwith, within one week of communication of this order either register the document or issue refusal memo. Time in excess of 72 hours is being granted by Court where there is administrative notification to act within that time on
presentation of document for registration.
