The petitioner is stated to have executed a work on the basis of the work order issued by the Executive Officer, Koraput Municipality- Opposite Party No.3. The work is stated to have been completed, but no payment is stated to have been released in favour of the petitioner.
In this regard, the petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-6 before the Collector, Koraput, who is the Administrator of Koraput Municipality at present, as submitted at the Bar. The said representation is stated to be still pending.
Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, this writ application is disposed of directing the Collector, Koraput- Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure- 6, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order or true soft copy available in the Orissa High Court website.
The petitioner is directed to supply a
copy of the writ application containing all the
Annexures to the Opposite party No.2 for convenience & reference to Annexure – 6.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
