1. In the last five years neither has any step been taken by the Petitioners to mention the matter for listing nor any notice has been issued to the Opposite Party no.5, who has allegedly encroached on the Government land. The Petitioners are unaware of the developments in the past five years. Therefore, this Court is declined to entertain the writ petition at this length in time.

Nevertheless, if any cause of action survives, the Petitioners are at liberty to make a fresh representation to the authorities and thereafter, seek appropriate remedies as available to them in law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed in the above terms.
