This writ petition challenges the letter dated 17th May, 2006 issued by the opposite party No.2-AFA-cum-Under Secretary to the Government of Odisha, Excise Department, Bhubaneswar.
Mr. Sanjeev Udgata, learned counsel for the Petitioner, by filing a photo copy of the order dated 10th December, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 11014 of 2006 ( M/s. Dawn Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals v. State of Orissa ), submits that the present petition is squarely covered by the said order. The memo along with copy of the said order is taken on record.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 10th December, 2019 passed by this Court in M/s. Dawn Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals (supra) .
