In course of hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ application as the Petitioner would be filing Appeal against the final order passed in Encroachment Case No.215 of 1982-83, further seeking condonation of delay in filing the Appeal showing sufficient causes preventing him to do so in time as also for grant of interim protection for their consideration by the Appellate Authority.
In view of the above, the writ application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
