Having heard Mr. S.K. Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Addl. Government Advocate, we are of the opinion that the delay in filing this appeal has not been sufficiently explained by the appellant and secondly we do not find any infirmity or illegality in the order of the learned Single Judge which is impugned in this case.
Hence the application for condonation of delay and consequently the Writ Appeal are dismissed at the threshold.
