Order dated 4th March, 1996 passed by Odisha Sales Tax Tribunal rejecting the prayer of the Petitioner and refusing to refer the matter with the finding that no point of law arises is under challenge in this Tax Revision.
On perusal of record, it appears that a meager amount is involved in this Tax Revision. Accordingly, this Court declines to interfere with the order impugned herein. However, the question of law is kept open to be decided in appropriate case.
Accordingly, the Tax Revision stands
dismissed.
