2 . Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits

he has no instruction in the matter as the Petitioner has already taken back the brief.

Mr. R.N. Parija, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the Petitioner in this case. Neither he has filed Vakalatnama on his behalf nor he is ready to argue the matter.

On perusal of the order sheet of the writ petition, it appears that complete requisites for issuance of notice on many of the Opposite Parties have not been filed.

Since it is a matter of 2001 and learned counsel for the Petitioner is not ready to argue the matter, I am not inclined to adjourn the same.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
