Sk. Zafrullah, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits the instruction received by him on the query made by the Court. The IIC, Rambha P.S. on 20.01.2021 as per the letter No.126/P.S. dated 20.01.2021 has reported that the sole respondent-Narendra Pradhan, S/o- Bhoban Pradhan of VillageBahadapalli, P.S-Rambha, Dist-Ganjam died on 22.08.2016 at his residence.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the appeal abates as a whole on the death of the sole respondent and is disposed of as such.
