In the wake of the pandemic Covid-19, the case is taken up through V.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to press this civil revision petition and, as such, they may be permitted to withdraw the same.
In view of such submission, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as being withdrawn.
Interim order dated 04.01.2010 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.104 of 2008 stands vacated.
This order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
The parties may utilize the copy of this order as per the High Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
