This is an application under Section 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 25.10.2019 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore in I.C.C. No. 132 of 2019, allowing interim compensation of 20% of each cheque amount to the complainant.
Mr. Arun Kumar Das, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the CRLREV and files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record.
Accordingly, the CRLREV is dismissed as withdrawn.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
