In this case, the petitioners have prayed for issuance of direction to the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Athagarh to dispose of the Criminal Revision No.4 of 2020 pending before him within a specific time period. However, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that one of the opposite parties namely Nityananda Pradhan who has been arrayed as opposite party no.3 in the aforesaid Criminal Revision, has not yet appeared as the service is not sufficient against him.
In such background, this CRLMP is disposed of directing the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Athagarh to make all endeavour to dispose of the Criminal Revision No.4 of 2020 pending before him as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law after service is made sufficient on Nityananda Pradhan who happens to be the opposite party no.3 in the said criminal revision.
The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
