are the competent courts. On such basis it is submitted that the learned District Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar could not have assumed jurisdiction in this case. Several other errors purportedly present in the complaint have also been pointed out. 4. Having regard to the grounds raised before this Court, it is felt that the same can be raised before the Court below by filing appropriate application at the appropriate stage. As such, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.
