1. Undertaking the exercise of hearing in Contempt Petition, this Court finds, neither there is any objection nor show cause or any information, if there is operation of interim order involving the order sought to be complied with herein.
2. Considering that the Contempt Petition is pending for over six years, this Court instead of keeping such matter pending observes, in the event there is no compliance of the order required to be complied with herein as yet and there is no interim protection involving the order involved herein by the Higher Forum, the order involved herein be complied with not only by filing a compliance affidavit before the Registry of this Court within a period of one month, but also extending a copy of the compliance order to the Petitioner involved herein.
3. With the above order, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
