Mr. Mahendra Kumar Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A.K.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a memo for withdrawal of the contempt petition in the Registry today itself, and as such, prays that the contempt petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
In view of the above, the CONTC is allowed to be withdrawn. However, the Registry is directed to tag the withdrawal memo to the case record.
The CONTC is accordingly disposed of, as withdrawn.
