Let a copy of the contempt petition be served on learned State Counsel within three days.
It is stated that the order dated 21.05.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11508 of 2020 has not yet been complied with.
Let the opposite parties comply with the same, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.
Contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
