Miss Deepali Mahapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the CMP has become infructuous by efflux of time for which she prays for withdrawal of the CMP.
Accordingly, the CMP is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order dated 29.03.2018 passed in Misc. Case No.205 of 2018 stands vacated.
