expressing any opinion on the merit of the submission made, disposes of the CMP with a direction that in the event the Petitioner makes an application for early disposal of the suit stating the grounds therein learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Keonjhar shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously giving opportunity of hearing to the parties within a period of four weeks from the date of filing such petition along with an authenticated copy of this order. If the suit is otherwise ready for hearing learned Civil Judge shall do well to make an endeavour for early disposal of the suit.
