petitioner should not be released on bail. But it is not disputed that the material witnesses in this case have been examined and the co-accused persons who stand on worse footing than the petitioner are on bail. So also there is no material to show that after his release, he shall make him scarce by not remaining present in the trial or his release on bail at this stage shall have an adverse impact on trial.
