Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the earlier order dated 20.12.2019 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.7354 of 2019 as well as the materials on record as placed, finding no such change in the circumstances; I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
The BLAPL is dismissed accordingly.
