her sister’s place having the relationship with them. He further submits that now the Petitioner is facing the trial for commission of offence under sections 498-A/494/306, I.P.C. as the deceased committed suicide by pouring kerosene over her body and setting her ablaze. In view of all these above, he urges for grant of bail to this Petitioner as there remains no scope on the part of the Petitioner to flee from justice and tamper the evidence.
