the petitioner shall record his presence before the police station concerned twice in a week, preferably on every Sunday and Wednesday between 4.00 P.M and 5.00 P.M, except Wednesday in which the case is posted and he shall appear in person in the court every day to which the case stands posted during the said period. Furthermore, he shall not contact or terrorize the prosecution witnesses in any manner and surrender before the court on 91st day of his release from custody positively.
