detention already undergone and the fact that the co-accused person has already been released on bail, it is directed that the petitioner shall also be enlarged on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that:
(ii) will appear before the IIC, Badalpur Police Station in the State of UP once in a month without fail; and
(iii) will give his contact address and cell phone
number by furnishing affidavit and in case of change,
shall so intimate by further affidavit.
6. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
