Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

Since both the bail applications are under section 439 of Cr.P.C. arising out of the same case i.e. Nalco Township P.S. Case No.22 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.203 of 2021 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Angul for offences punishable under sections 341/294/363/332/353/427/506/307/379/147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, with the consent of the parties, those are heard analogously and disposed of by this common order.

The petitioners in both the bail applications moved applications for bail before the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Angul which were rejected on 08.02.2021.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the bail applications that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 30.01.2021 and investigation has made substantial progress and that the injured persons have sustained simple injuries and after going through the copies of the injury reports filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and hearing the learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Let the petitioners in both the cases be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000.00 (rupees fifty thousand) each with two local solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court in seisin over the matter with further terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem just and proper.

Accordingly, both the BLAPL are disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
