1.This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode, in the Vacation Court.

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to release the Petitioners on bail in connection with Kaniha P.S. Case No.33 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.183 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher.

It is stated that both the Petitioners are in custody since 31.01.2021. It is also stated that investigation is complete, the charge sheet has been filed and the offence is only under section 306 IPC.

In that view of the matter, the Court directs that the Petitioners be released on bail in the aforementioned case subject to satisfaction of the learned trial court.
