Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application stating that the petitioner will move the application for bail after surrendering in the Court below.
In the present case in I.A. No.125 of 2020 as per order dated 27.05.2020, the petitioner was directed to be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of release on bail and that interim bail order was never extended by this Court. If the trial Court has extended such order as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner relying on a common order passed by the Division Bench in a writ petition, the learned trial Court shall take every steps to arrest the petitioner immediately.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
A copy of the order be communicated to the learned trial Court for compliance.
