During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press this application in respect of the Petitioner no.1.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed as not pressed in respect of the Petitioner no.1 and the application is now confined to the Petitioner no.2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner No.2 and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the Petitioners as well as other surrounding circumstances, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner No.2 surrenders before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.29 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.213 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda within two weeks hence and moves for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
