Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submission`s made and on going through the materials as placed; further keeping in view the earlier order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 4211 of 2014 in the matter of application under section -438 of the Cr.P.C. as well as the materials as placed; this Court being not inclined to entertain this bail application, the same stands disposed of. It is however, observed that in the event, the Petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within three weeks from today and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered keeping in view the earlier order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 4211 of 2014 at the stage of investigation and giving due weightage to the same as per law.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
