on the chest. He submits that all the circumstances being cumulatively viewed, it cannot be said that this Petitioner was sharing the common intention with accused Pitam in causing the death. He further submits that accused Pitam being arrested in the case is in custody and the investigation of the case being complete; charge-sheet has already been submitted when also there remains no scope on his part to flee from justice and tamper the evidence. He, therefore, urges for grant of bail to this Petitioner.
