Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Opposite Party No.6 is the husband of the petitioner. It is alleged that the minor son of the petitioner is in the custody of Opposite Party No.6.
As this is a matrimonial dispute for custody of child, the petitioner, if so advised, may move appropriate petition before the competent Court under the Guardianship and Wards Act.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
As Lock-down period is continuing for COVID19, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No. 4587 dated 25.03.2020.
