Heard Mr.Akash Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate.
Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to opposite parties to produce the son of the petitioner before this Court.
The learned Addl. Government Advocate has received instruction from I.I.C. Simulia Police Station in the district of Balasore and submitted that the missing boy Dipak Kumar Hati has already traced out and he is staying with his family.
Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of.
