Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds on the selfsame issue, petitioner has a pending representation vide Annexure-6 seeking regularization of his service in the premises that petitioner has already completed ten years of service in that particular establishment. For the pendency of a representation at the instance of the petitioner and as decision is required to be taken by the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage but however dispose of the writ petition directing the opposite party nos.1 and 2 to consider the application of the petitioner for regularization of service in the post he is holding after taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition. Decision as appropriate be taken within a period of two months from the date of service of copy of the order of this Court along with copy of the writ petition. This Court further observes in the event petitioner is still continuing in the post, she may not be dispensed in absence of any decision is taken in the matter.
