This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
In course of hearing, Sri Patra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted his prayer to the extent for a direction of this Court for disposal of the representation vide Annexure-6 by the opposite party no.5 (party no.2 in the grievance petition at Annexure6) within a stipulated time.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and as this Court finds the representation of the petitioner involving the matter vide Annexure- 6 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Cuttack Central Co-operative Bank Ltd.,- opposite party no.-5 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s Website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
