Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds, the representation of the petitioner involving the matter vide Annexure-5 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the grounds stated in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner. Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s Website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
