Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition as also the documents annexed thereto, further keeping in view the limited nature of prayer as has now been advanced, without expressing any opinion as to the merit of the contentions; this writ application stands disposed of with an observation that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation before the opposite party no.3 stating the grievances required to be redressed within a period of ten days hence, the same shall be considered of on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law.
