This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing due to Lockdown in the wake of Pandemic COVID-19.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
In the accompanying writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia, prayed for direction to the opposite parties, more particularly, O.P. No.3 to submit the proposal before O.P. No.4 for opening of the G.P.F. Account.
Considering the limited request involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.3 to look into the request of the petitioner and take appropriate action in the matter of submission of proposal to opposite party no.4 for opening of G.P.F. Account in favour of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner.
The opposite party no.4 shall act on production of certified/authenticated copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.
