This matter is taken up through Video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the opposite parties.
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Director, Higher Education, Odisha – opposite party no.2 and the Principal-cum-Secretary, Sadhu Goureswar College, Odisha – opposite party no.3 to submit the proposal before the controller of Accounts, Odisha- opposite party no.4 for opening of G.P.F. Account.
Considering the limited nature of request involved herein, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party nos.2 & 3 to look into the request of the petitioner and take appropriate action in the matter of submission of proposal before opposite party no.4 for opening of G.P.F. Account in favour of the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
