Heard Mr. B. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. S. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to set aside Annexures-1, 7 and 9 by directing the Collector, Sambalpur for conducting proper inquiry as per guideline of 1998 and consider the engagement of petitioner as Anganwadi Worker of Fatamunda Centre.
Mrs. S. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate seeks time to obtain instructions in the matter.
Let four extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned Additional Government Advocate to enable her to obtain instructions.
Put up this matter after two weeks.
As an interim measure, it is directed that any action taken pursuant to advertisement under Annexure-11 dated 19.12.2019 issued by the Child Development Project Officer, Jamankira shall abide by the result of the writ petition.
