Heard Mr. P.K. Satapthy, leaned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate through Video Conferencing Mode.
According to Mr. Satapthy, the grievance of the petitioners in this case relates to carrying out low grade work violating the Guidelines by opposite party no.7 under “Ama Gaon Ama Vikash”. During course of hearing, Mr. Satapathy submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to approach the Collector, Balasore (opposite party no.3) in the matter by way of filing a representation. Further, he prays that a direction be given to the said opposite party to dispose of the said representation after conducting necessary enquiry within a stipulated time period.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file a representation along with a copy of this order before opposite party no.3 within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such a motion is made along with a copy of this order before the opposite party no.3, the said opposite party is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation after giving reasonable opportunity of haring to opposite party no.7 and communicate the result of the same

to the petitioner.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
