Heard Mr.P.K.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
This writ petition has been filed alleging that the direction of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar, issued in O.A. No.1164 of 2014 under Annexure-7, has not been worked out as of now
Considering the submissions made, this Court observes, instead of issuing notice, it would be appropriate to give one more opportunity to the opposite party-authorities to comply the direction of the Tribunal, vide Annexure-7. In the process, while disposing this writ petition, this Court directs the opposite party-authorities to work out the direction dated 29.05.2014, passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1164 of 2014 by taking all effective steps within a period of one month from the date of communication of copy of this order by the petitioner, provided there is no legal impediment by way of stay being granted by the Higher Forum. It is made clear that in the event the order of the Tribunal is not worked out within the time stipulated hereinabove, it will be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court’s order and suo-motu contempt proceeding will be initiated against the opposite parties.
