Heard Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner by Video Conferencing mode.
After making some argument, Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy under the law before any other forum.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
