In spite of repeated direction to the Bar and clear indication in the top of the list for over one year, no written note of submission is being filed ahead of hearing. This matter is pending since 2005. Hence this Court is not inclined to adjourn this matter, which is hereby dismissed for non-filing of the written note of submission. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application for restoration of the Writ Petition along with written note of submission.
