Regard being had to the facts & submissions and elapse of time, we do not find it proper to unsettle the entire issue at this stage.
As the petitioner is stated to have accepted Class-IV post on his own volition under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme since the year 2007, the writ application is dismissed.
