This petition has been filed by the petitioner for review/modification of order dated 26.06.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13172 of 2013 by fixing a time limit for the opposite parties to take a decision regarding transfer of opposite party no.3 from CHC, Chandrapur, DistRayagada to any other place.
It appears that this petition was filed in the year 2013 and in the meantime, more than six years have elapsed. Further, it appears that by efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
