The petitioner has filed this application seeking direction to opposite party no.2-IIC, Bhadrak (R) police station to register the FIR lodged and investigate the allegation given in the FIR in accordance with law.
Mr. B. Senapati, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that pursuant to the complaint lodged, Bhadrak (R) P.S. Case No.334 of 2020 has already been registered and investigation is going on.
In such view of the matter, the relief sought by
the petitioner has already been granted.
Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
