Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has prayed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 9.2.2017 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal in C.T. Case No.234 of 2016 taken for the offences under Secs.147/148/ 341/294/323/326/307/354/290/188/506/149, I.P.C. and further to quash the criminal proceeding.
Upon perusal of the record and after hearing the parties, I
do not see any merit in the prayer of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
