This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing. It is the submission of the petitioner that, despite he was present before the court and his presence is noted in order dated 03.08.2019 of the JMFC, Kendrapara but the NBW of arrest was issued against him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the application with prayer to grant him liberty to approach the concerned court of J.M.F.C., Kendrapara to recall the NBW issued against him.
Accordingly, the CRLMC application is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned J.M.F.C., Kendrapara with the prayer to recall the same.
