Heard Mr. S.J. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner. This contempt application has been filed against noncompliance of order dated 30.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 15214 of 2019.
Mr. S.J. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner, in course of hearing, brings to notice of the Court that the order of this Court has been complied and as such, the grievance of the petitioner has been rejected. In view of such position, this contempt petition is not maintainable.
If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of this Court, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum ventilating his grievance, if he is so advised.
With liberty aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
