This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 29.09.2020 passed in CONTC No.2629 of 2019 arising out of W.P.(C).No.8312 of 2006 disposed of on 17.01.2019.
Considering the submission made, taking into account the Covid-19 situation and to afford one more chance to the contemnor(s), this Contempt Petition stands disposed of directing the contemnor(s) to comply with the order of this Court dated 29.09.2020 passed in CONTC No. 2629 of 2019 involving compliance of the order passed in W.P.(C).No. 8312 of 2006, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of fifteen days provided however the order involved is not stayed by the higher forum, with communication of the same to the Registry within one week thereafter. Failure of intimation, the Registry after expiry of one more week shall initiate a suo motu contempt proceeding against the opposite party-contemnor(s) and place the matter before the assigned Bench for further action.
The petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
